How to order

Our products

We sell parts and accessories for Japanese and Thai motorcycles to customers worldwide. Once you have placed your order we ship the products to your address directly from our supply sources in Japan and Thailand.

We source genuine parts for Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki, and parts and accessories from the major Japanese brands, as well as any other brand currently available in Japan. We also make our own products for Monkey and Dax under the Faddybike name, and ship Thai motorcycles, Thai genuine parts, spare parts and accessories direct from Thailand.

Enquiry

Please make an enquiry by email to faddybike@gmail.com, or through the quote request form. We will reply with our best price as soon as we can.

The frame number of your motorcycle or the part number is required in order to check the price of genuine Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki parts. We confirm the details of the product by email before the order, to prevent any mistake, and we can send photographs of the parts if that helps.

Pricing

The total CIF price of your order is the FOB price of the items plus the EMS or TNT shipping cost. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht, and payment is accepted in Thai Baht.

Our price for products in Japan is based on Japanese Yen, converted to Thai Baht at the Bangkok Bank exchange rate. We will tell you the equivalent in US dollars or Euro so the price is easier to compare. The rate that applies is the rate on the day the bank processes the payment.

Shipment

We ship anywhere in the world by postal EMS from our supply sources in Japan and Thailand. Where EMS is not available to your country we use postal international parcels. For large or special shipments we also arrange TNT, DHL, air cargo and sea freight — please contact us for details.

Delivery time

Total delivery time = product availability + shipping time. During the email enquiry we will tell you the expected availability, which is normally about one week, though some products vary between 3 and 15 days.

Payment

The order policy sets out three ways to pay:

Account details and the payment link are sent with your quotation rather than published here. Contact us if you need to confirm anything before ordering.

Placing an order

Please make an enquiry and obtain enough information before placing an order. Once you are satisfied with the price and terms, confirm the order by email and pay by bank transfer, by the payment link, or by PayPal where we request the amount to your email address.

We send a confirmation email once the bank authorises your payment, and keep you informed as the shipment is arranged — including the shipping invoice and photographs of the products before and after packing.

Security

Our order taking is off-line. That is less convenient than a large online shop, but it is simple and safe: every transaction and enquiry goes by email, so you have enough information to decide before you commit.

We use the personal information we collect only to process your order and to tell you about our products. Order information, credit card details in particular, is kept off-line, and we do not sell, trade or rent your information to anyone.

Returns policy

We do not accept products returned after shipment, except where what we sent you has a problem caused by a manufacturer’s mistake. For some products we make the claim without a return, to avoid the cost of return shipping.

To avoid mistakes in the first place, we check and confirm the details of the products with you, and inspect the actual products, before every shipment. If the availability of a product we have already confirmed turns out to take too long, or the product becomes unavailable, we will tell you so you can decide whether to wait or cancel.

Motorcycles and parts cannot be returned to Thailand, because of import de-regulation. Please check with your customs office that they accept the import of motorcycles and parts from our sources before you order.

Import duties and restrictions

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance are yours to pay: we have no control over them and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office.

Customs forms for international packages list the value of the contents by product type. We describe the actual contents of the package unless you tell us otherwise in advance.

Because of manufacturer restrictions, import restrictions or standards requirements, we cannot ship every product to every country. In some countries motorcycles, mufflers and helmets in particular cannot be imported, and a package we ship may not clear customs. Please check with your local customs office and tell us about any restrictions in advance.
