How to order

Four steps from enquiry to dispatch

We quote by email rather than selling from a live catalogue, so every order starts with your machine and the part you need.

Full ordering guide
  1. Send your details

Tell us the motorcycle and the part you need. A part number, or a part name with your frame number, lets us identify it exactly.

  2. Receive availability and a quotation

We check the supply source in Thailand or Japan and reply by email with availability and a price in Thai Baht.

  3. Confirm the order and shipping

Confirm the quotation and choose a shipping method. We send payment instructions with your confirmation.

  4. Packed and dispatched

Parts are packed at our Bangkok premises and dispatched by EMS, air parcel, courier or sea freight.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How ordering, sourcing and shipping actually work at Faddybike.

Ordering guide

Yes. We ship anywhere we can reach by postal EMS from our supply sources in Thailand and Japan. Where EMS is not available to your country we use international postal parcels, and for larger or special shipments we arrange TNT, DHL, air cargo or sea freight.

The most reliable way is a part number. If you do not have one, send the part name together with your motorcycle’s frame number and we will look it up against the manufacturer’s catalogue.

A photograph of the part or of the area it fits helps a great deal, and you can attach one to a quote request.

Yes. We supply genuine parts and parts catalogues for Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki for all Japanese models, shipped directly from Japan to your address. We also order special parts and accessories from Japanese tuning brands including Takegawa, Kitaco, Daytona, Yoshimura and Over Racing.

The manufacturer, model and model year; the part number or a description of the part; the quantity; and your destination country. Add the frame number when the part is a genuine replacement, and a reference photograph if you have one.

Total delivery time is product availability plus shipping time. Genuine parts ordered from Japan are normally available in about four working days if they are not backordered at the factory; some products take between 3 and 15 days.

Postal EMS then typically takes 4–7 days, and postal air parcel about two weeks. We confirm the expected availability by email before you order.

Yes. There is no minimum order for parts and no account is needed — send us an enquiry and we will reply with a price and availability. The container minimum applies only to complete motorcycle export.

Yes. We supply new Thai-market motorcycles from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki, shipped worldwide by container, and parts and accessories can be consolidated into the same shipment.

One 20ft or 40ft container. Tell us the models, quantities and destination port and we will prepare a quotation.
